What is it and where is it? Sorry haven't heard of it!
Folsom Street Fair is an outdoor event in San Francisco. It's an annual thing and is probably the largest leather/BDSM event in the country. It includes parades, tents, displays, parties, vendors, and lots of interesting sights :) I'm sure they have a website you could find from google if you wanted, though I don't want to link here to a non-sponsor BDSM-related site
