Trying to remember the name of a story

I read a story ages ago on this site and I can't for the life of me remember the name of the story or the characters to search for it.

It was written in an unusual way, separated into tasks, with some awkward formatting that required a lot of font changing to read easily.

It was about a well educated, rich girl giving herself to her owner, giving her mansion etc. Not being allowed to keep any of the money she earns.

Some of the tasks were:

Crawling round the garden pulling up weeds with her teeth

Giving a concise report about a specific county or region, and getting a fact wrong and being punished

Not being allowed to cum for ages, being tormented about it, then when being driven to work given 30seconds to cum and failing.
