Seriously... it's all here... just do some searches on each of the terms: "training" "punishment" "positions" and one more you may realize interests you... "protocol".
im pretty new to things too. i dont know you preferences or limits but when it comes to me and my sub punishments can range from degredation to spanking and more extreme like belting caneing chokeing (im real good at reading her body language and knowing her limits) as far as positions go haveing your sub on her knees or all fours can be a blast, but with rope the limits are endless.
