I am having a problem accessing the chat area when I click on the button.
Is there another way to access this chat.

One way is from the main page where there are links to the chatroom, Academy, and Forums, or you can get there through the link posted on the first page of the forums. If you are having trouble, I'd imagine it is because of not having Java or the right version. I might be wrong, but this has been my experience.
