I generally get called "whore", or "bitch", anything other than that somehow feels wrong...when we're in that situation, for me, it'd be odd to call me anything nice.
The "nasty" names turn me on.
When Im really really good its "Mi Vida" in bed im his "dirty lil japanese whore" or "slut" hehe I love that!

Well, somehow I was tagged with the name "Lyni". You'd have to ask her as to the exact reason why though. Personally, I don't care what I'm called, so long as I know she refers to me.
Well, I also just go by "Slave" but that's not always appropriate to use.
Mistress uses my real name, Slave, and Slut, depending on the situation and her current feelings.

Things I've used to call a girl from time to time in these situations: Little one(yeah original I know) pet, slut, whore, fuck toy, cum slut, kitten, little raven, cunt, sister(one liked that big time).
'Ma très chère amie' (when he's feeling tender); 'tu' (but only when he's feeling very passionate); 'Madame' (when he's probably only pretending to be cross); 'Ma belle chienne' (when I'm being very, very good; about the same time as he calls me 'tu')
The name he has given me is Altea

Very new relationship but right now it is usually pet, or missy. I have given this a lot more thought so let me expand my previous answer.
Mostly the ones that I have had as slaves are intelligent professional women. If I am out in public with her and I am not upset or very elated with her it is lady or my lady, if she has been a bit of a brat its sexy, wench or sexy lady, if it is meant to put her in the correct mind set its MY LADY or MY LITTLE GIRL.
When we are alone or with those in the know it slave if I am upset with her or my slave when happy with her. Alone it can be my slut, my wench or what ever I think will get the response I want.
To call her bitch any where or her given name means I am very pissed with her behavior this I use rarely.
