When I look into the mirror
I don’t know who I see
The girl that I once was
No longer stares back at me

Where is that laughing girl?
With eyes of sparkling green
Some how I’ve lost her
Somewhere she can’t be seen

There is a stranger in the glass
Whose eyes show so much pain
Innocence and awe are gone
Replaced by tears and shame
