When l stretch out on my bed
I catch a glimpse of sunlight dance on the walls of my room
A torrent of experiences pervade my psyche
The delicate kisses
On my mouth and neck
That is beyond ardent
The sensation of your breath on my skin

The sudden sting of the cane
As it seeks and finds the sweet spot
The vibrations charge my consciousness
My Body is overflowing with the timeless light
In between the brisk strikes of the cane

The strict words that followed calm ones
The heat of your support
As I sleep alongside you
I awoke
To a fresh sunrise
An original time
With a modern steadfastness
And a different style of seeing humanity
