I do not think reformatting will do you any good ---sounds like a program glitch ----or not enough room on your harddrive to do the mass burn ----Try keeping atleast 1./3 of your harddrive free to do the dvd or cd burns you need to do---I burn alot of dvd movies and MP3s---that is what I had to do ---stop downloading and start burning before my harddrive got too full
