Thank-you for your message, i'm pleased you liked the pics, i was initially nervous about posting them here, but i'm glad i did as a number of people seem to have enjoyed viewing them almost as much as i enjoyed the taking of them!

Hopefully i'll be in a position to take a few more to post soon.... right now though i'm in a thigh to ankle plastercast following re-constructive surgery on my knee...

... As a result of this i am able to confirm, most emphatically, that not all pain or restraint is good!!!!!
