He does this for four of sound reasons.
1, He hates sloppy seconds especially after a dog.
2, He wants to let the dog know who is in charge and to whom steph belongs. (It's a guy thing marking territory and all)

I, (I mean the hypothetical Dom) also fucked her last, very important for Bruno's peace of mind.
