I have to appluad Tiger for taking over the site and keeping it up during the transition.

I know how hard it is to run web sites as I have about 15 I manage and the ones I have forums on take almost daily work.

and to take on a site that is dynamic in its content and very high volume creates its own headaches.

I also know that if you are having problems you can keep more users by giving them feedback, than just letting the site "just run".
