I recall hearing about a public library around here that had trouble with men using their internet computers, looking up free porn sites and then openly masturbating as they sat there. Must have taken a high degree of either exhibitionism or devil-may-care temper. Or both...

By the way, I've sometimes logged onto the Library from public library pc's. Only to read and post though, and not making a fuss about it...
