    Just a friendly reminder to remind all those who it effects that This Saturday Night/Sunday Morinig Mrach 9, 2008 we return to Daylight Savinigs time from March 9 2008 til Nov 2 2008,so remember to turn your clocks up 1 hour SaturdayNight/Sunday Morinig at 3am so you are not late for anything Sunday Morning
    JUst a reminder so everyone who has to do this remembers we do it this coming weekend

    yes, only if i take my medication before bed if not i am up all night i only average 4-5 per night with it

    Me too. It may even get worse as you age so be prepared. Just heard on the news where Americans do not get enough sleep. Say the need is 7 to 9 hours a day. If you don't get that amount it causes many problems including over weight and high blood pressure.
