This is your journey and I am unsure of your motives. When my gurl needs to look within herself and consider her motivations and what she seeks in the future, we use the squatting meditatation method. It combines increasing physical discomfort ( the squatting on rice grains and the overly tight bra) with sexual tension ( the crouch rope). She has learned to put these conflicting sensations aside while focusing on her inner thoughts. Iirc, she has maintained this position for at least 2 hours on several occasions.
As I said, I am unsure of your motives, whether you simply seek pain or humiliation or desire to learn more of your needs. So, if you wish to combine my task with a self whipping, feel free. :-) Since, you are modifiying the task, I would expect that you stay in this position after it begins to stress your body. Do not give in when your body first begins to ache or how will you learn to accept physical discomfort?
I do expect that you will report back publicly to the forum how you felt both mentally and physically as you went about this task.
