Take one hatpin with 1/4" diameter ball on the end. Cut off all but 3/8" of pin. Insert into inside heal area of shoe. This keeps you on your toes, so to speak.

Lube butt plug and place in anus. Take a glass and fill with ice. Put a bottle of lotion and a ziplock bag in your purse. Go to work or shopping. Every hour go to the restroom or dressing room and remove butt plug and insert one cube as far as you can push into your anus. Then replace buttplug. You can use a plastic bag to carry the cubes to the bathroom, but otherwise no gloves, condoms, plastic, etc. You can use hand sanitizer to clean up afterwards. You can get fresh ice during the day as needed only after your cubes from home have melted, but they have to be at least full size 3/4" cubes.

Go an adult bookstore with video arcade. Wear tight skirt and top. Purchase a butt plug and lube and then go into the booths and insert it. (you may use hand sanitizer and gloves). Walk back by the desk on the way out. Make sure to retain reciept so you aren't accused of shoplifting. Bonus points if the buttplug is visable.
