Very good question. My wife and i wanted our wedding to be a lifestyle wedding, yet we knew that excluding family was not something we wanted to do.

We picked a non-religious setting. Wrote our own vows. In the vows was language that spoke of her devotion to me, and me taking her as my wife. The meaning clear to anyone within the lifestyle, and those who were not, were none the wiser.
