Need helpful training ideas and punishment ideas for my slave.

Hey I'm new to owning a slave and my slave is new to being a slave and I need some helpful traning and punishment and postion ideas. So if anyone can throw some ideas, references, and/or links my way I would be very grateful.

im pretty new to things too. i dont know you preferences or limits but when it comes to me and my sub punishments can range from degredation to spanking and more extreme like belting caneing chokeing (im real good at reading her body language and knowing her limits) as far as positions go haveing your sub on her knees or all fours can be a blast, but with rope the limits are endless.
