I joined the Library a few days ago, here are a few words to introduce myself.

I am a 42 year-old European (bi but mostly) gay male. I've been living in Bangkok for the last 10+ years and I love it.

I am positively fascinated by the concept of submission; the deliberate surrender of power and of oneself to someone; the wish to become an external extension of the person's body that they can use as easily as they would their own arm, leg or whatever -- especially if this involves receiving pain, being humiliated and degraded to some extent, all within a consensual sexual context. D/s without the sexual component, e.g. the domination of a maid, a secretary, a nurse... by her boss, is interesting psychologically and ethologically, but definitely lacks something crucial for my taste.

I know this question wasn't directed at me, but since I have been there, I thought I might give you a few hints. Woodsman and I looked for every opportunity we could get when our kids were young, anytime of the day or night. Sessions at 11 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon were not uncommon. I learned to make no noise, even without a gag. We never used one. Our parents would watch the kids so we could have weekend get-aways. And then there were always the woods. But as far as having a 24/7 lifestyle with children, I don't see how that is possible unless you are willing to have your children know about your lifestyle. And believe me, they will know. My daughters have told me, now that they are grown, about things that they were aware of that my husband and I thought were well kept secrets.

i have left the field open for discussion and try to as honest "age sensitive" as possible with them. My Master makes leather paddles, and whips and various other toys and our kids know what they are just not necessarily what they are used for!

for a child that young to understand, though. We chose to keep it from our children because it's hard for kids to see the difference between this lifestyle and abuse. They aren't that sophisticated. The biggest problem that TG and I are having is that I am breast feeding so I can't just drop her off at Grandma's or Uncle's for the day. If our little demon actually took naps during the day it wouldn't be such a problem but once she is up she is up ALL day!
