    Strange. I guess it depends on what type of electronic device that I am using. When I had a portable tablet, the image would not download to my avatar, but now that I am using a desktop, the image fits in the avatar perfectly - same file and size that I was using on the tablet and everything. Not surprisingly, I have some of the same type of issues when me and Parents are dealing with our finances through banks ...
