Many words are similar. For quite a long time I despised the word 'cunt'. Now, I'm rather fond of it. If someone said to me 'you fucken cunt'- that's just about grounds to smack them. If someone said to me 'you want me to fuck that cunt, don't you' I may just about cum.

It's all in the intended meaning really.

as others have said, knowing one self is good, knowing that your dominant is saying it with the upmost care and esteem, makes being called one a hell of alot better.

i am not old fashion, i like dirty names, very dirty names, but onces the line of disrespect has been crossed thats when it stops being playful and starts getting serious.

It seems to me that any word can be made derogatory. It's the sneer in their tone, in their face, that makes the difference.
